International characters cannot be used in tags when these tags are created using #.
International characters = ěščřžýáíéĚŠČŘŽÝÁÍÉ etc. (in Czech these are standard part of our character sets, keyboard... I guess the same problem is with other languages)
Behavior:
trying to create or insert a tag (starting with #) containing any of these characters breaks the tag, respectively creates tag that incomplete, ending with the letter just before the first of these characters (read from left to right)
example: #přístav creates tag (and page) "p“ because "ř“ is breaking the tag
workaround: we can use [[přístav]] or #[[přístav]] instead of #přístav but it is very annoying because user have to think about it and check it all the time
Example:
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
try to create tags #přístav or #dlaždice or anything else
