Code Blocks taking a long time to update #698

Describe the bug

When creating a code block and typing something it takes a long time (more than 30 seconds?) to persist the changes. And no indicator of pending updates is being displayed so it's easy to lose changes.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Crete or open a page and Add a new code block
  2. Write something
  3. (No indicator of pending-update)
  4. Wait 5-10 seconds and refresh the page
  5. The recent updates are lost.
  6. Repeat and wait for longer (1 minute?) and changes will be persisted.

System Information: Roam Version: 0.8.0-a23cfd57 Browsers: Tested on Safari and Chrome OS: MacOS
