Quick capture does not display when loading on mobile

Describe the bug

Expected behavior: When opening a Roam database while logged in from a mobile device, the default display is Quick Capture.

Actual behavior: The default display is not Quick Capture. There is no option to load Quick Capture in any menu.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Chrome, while logged into Roam, navigate to roamresearch.com/#/app/<username>

System Information:

• Device: Pixel 2 XL
• OS: Android 10
• Browser: Chrome 81.0.4044.117

I'm not able to reproduce this, it's possible we could have fixed it in the past months. We did release the ability to get to quick capture from the dropdown menu in the left sidebar

It still happening for me, and on the sidebar, there is no option for quick capture.

I have the same problem on both my ipad (both Chrome and Safari) and my android phone. That makes me think it’s something to do with my account, not my devices. I’m a paying user and I have two graphs. It doesn’t work on either graph from either device. I always keep my devices up to date with the latest OS too.

In case this helps diagnose: I found an indirect way to access quick capture on my phone. While visiting the Roam site on my phone, I was prompted to download the app. Now, I have a "share to Roam" option in some apps, eg Twitter. That share button takes me to a quick capture, with the item pre-populated with what I was trying to share.

I still can't get quick capture to open up on the website or in the app directly.

This bug is still happening, even on a new device (Pixel 5). This supports the hypothesis that this is an account level issue, not device level.

Any update on this @panterarocks49 or @filipesilva ?
