Refactor processBlockTextToPromises #105

while working on #104 I refactored (https://github.com/RoamJS/smartblocks/commit/72591604a0977532ab20df86868cfb361183a344) processBlockTextToPromises() to help understand what was going on, make changes, etc.

Uploading this as a draft PR for discussion later
