Make a version of Static Site available in SamePage #2

Allows users to download them HTML output

Redirect users of the workbench extension to this extension once it's live in Roam Depot

All settings could be configurable post launch

Change the Date Regex logic to [(re-pattern "${regex}") ?r][(re-find ?r ?t)]]

Long term, figure out how we integrate into SamePage

Just made it available through dev link, everything else getting sidelined
