Settings UI table example

Here's an example for for enabling features and cleaning up the settings UI.

Related to #402 With "Settings" going to "Settings in page" (eg roam/js/weekly-notes)

• [x] checkbox isn't updating when settings updates
• [x] hide Info if mobile
• [ ] add settings for relevant features (probably in a different PR)
