[patch] Enable linking with V8 in debug mode

This patch enables to link with library v8_g if environment variable DEBUG 
is set. Please check it on another platforms (i have checked it only on 
linux).

Sample usage:
build v8 with:
$ scons mode=debug
now build pyv8 with:
$ export DEBUG=1
$ export V8_HOME=/path/to/v8
$ python setup.py bdist
...
...
profit!
