License project as CC-BY-SA #15

I've settled on the Attribution/ShareAlike license, because it makes a nice compromise between commercial friendliness and openness (same motivation for using the LGPL on so much of my software). This should be compatible with contributions from other sources, without forcing anything on those contributors.

Added a license.md containing the CC-BY_SA license with pull request #17 , thus I'll be closing this issue
