As a player, I want to be able to see a visual representation of how much "health" I have remaining.

Commit: Added health indicator code

% of health bar is now tied to _CurrentHealth
Added a Searialized field for health slider in health.cs

Commit: Damage reflected in health indicator bar

Added an "EnemyDamage" tag
Added a OnCollision2d to "Health" script. Looks for enemy collisions
When enemy collides, health script looks for their damage points.
Enemy's damage points are subtracted from players health points

Get with Weston to add these features into his main scene build.
