Based on @cspray's fix-large-inline-image branch.

Using 2_500_000 for pcre.backtrack_limit is enough for the 535K image added here, I went with 5_000_000 which should cover 1M at least. The default is 1_000_000.

I force-pushed once more and modified the test since the image was meant to be in the previous section I think.
