Priscilla's printer not working with Fedora #1

@pdogdotpro has a Kodak ESP 2170 printer, and coincidentally, Kodak seems to hate Linux, thus it's not wanting to print out-of-the-box.

That said, Chrome printed to it fine using its built-in Google Cloud Print client.

This printer can connect itself via WiFi directly to Google Cloud Print, so really we don't need specific drivers at all, we can just use Google Cloud Print.

I installed CUPS Cloud Print, and configured it to her Google Apps account, but the cloud printer it added is not sending jobs to her printer. I'm not sure if the printer was set up under a different Google Account, or what exactly the issue is.

(This doesn't answer the issue of scanning and stuff, so there still might be more work to get it working as expected).
