Update http-proxy dep version to 1.18.1 #405

Received a warning in npm that there is high security vulnerability of ddos in the old version, and it's fixed in 1.18.1.

Realized there is a duplicate issue and it's already addressed. Closing this. Quoted from Rob:

I've closed #402 as a duplicate of #253.
