Add option to show reputation changes too #14

please add a checkbox, that you want to be notified on reputation changes too.

the site to be analyzed would be http://stackexchange.com/topbar/achievements

By the way: the link for the inbox is not needed you only need the user-id:

stackexchange.com/users/1047481/?tab=inbox leads to stackexchange.com/users/1047481/rubo77?tab=inbox
