To classify the images we will use the efficientnetv4 model. We transfert its knowledge to classify the images. We will use this repository. It seems that (no precise information on the repository) the model has been pretrained on ImageNet with 1 000 classes

Furthermore we can use other models (smaller especially) from pytorch

We have tried to predict the probability of:

3 classes (other, seep, spills)
2 classes (seep, spills)
1 class (seep or spills)
