Bug fixes and updates #28

This includes an update to the main code to bring it up-to-date with bug fixes from the NPG/UKPN DFES work. That required some changes to the config.js file. It also updates some keys to be clearer (e.g. from Primary to GSP), trims some unnecessary CSS, removes some whitespace from a large GeoJSON, stops scale values wrapping, and updates the name of ODI Leeds to Open Innovations.

@RobJN Actually, I've just noticed that I've lost the place name overlay on the map so I'll look at adding that back.

@RobJN This pull request should be good to go. Then I can start working on the other issues.
