Deprecate Component Installer #99

Recommend use of https://github.com/oomphinc/composer-installers-extender instead.

but that doesn't really replace this repository, as this generates some .js and .css files as composer hook.

i.e composer-installers-extender allows install files to different path, but executing component based logic is missing.

@glensc Agreed, it's missing a few things. We should consider direction. :+1:
