Once this is done, happily make this an official plugin too if you'd like!

I believe that works, but is undocumented. Sure, we could move it over. What else do you think is missing?

@balupton How would you control this on a layout-basis? Or do we have to check it from the document meta-data? Would be nice to inject it from the layout rathr than the document.

Perhaps bevry/docpad#458 is the solution here.
