Re-combine multi-type playlists #55

For example the PSP and PSP (PSN) playlists. Maybe the ideal thing would be to add an option to enable/disable this kind of playlist separation in the core settings.

PSP and PSN databases have to be split because they index the serial vs crcs. But managed to merge a bunch of the others.
