Seems good with me. I believe we originally kept these out because No-Intro has good dumps, while TOSEC is a bit more lenient with what they include.

I'm okay with having them in there though. Think this is good to go?

Yes, I think we could have also TOSEC for the consoles which have large TOSEC database. There are different games in TOSEC than No-Intro, it also contains more games than No-Intro. I just hope that I wrote those lines correctly.
