Upstream Lutris Patches? #13

There are currently two patches applied to the Lutris code base. Might be worth it to push those, in some capacity, upstream to Lutris. Save us from manually maintaining them.

@TingPing suggested to avoid calling xdg-open program and use GIO API instead. While I agree that it'd be better, it largely differs from the current Lutris approach to launch Steam games.

There is one remaining patch. Don't think it's important to move over yet.

The remaining patch is hackish, I don't think upstream would accept it as is. Anyway, we need their involvement to fully support Steam runner.
