Allow development-oriented syscalls #25

I'm not familiar with seccomp, but I can guess Blizzard games are doing something for which Wine uses syscalls filtered by default, but allowed in development environment. Also it seems like this is needed to allow wine getting stacktraces. Fixes #18

@LeandroStanger I've tested StarCraft II and Diablo III, they doesn't seem to need anything from that page.

I can also confirm this. I've played several hours of both with this in place and have used the launcher to install / update games.
