Wine runner #44

Once this is finished and Lutris is published on Flathub, we may also want to submit this Wine runner. This in not intended to be merged, just for discussion. Initially copied from #16.

Where should we put them? Distro packages commonly put the installers under /usr/share/wine/{gecko,mono}, but we hav very uncommon install prefix, i.e. /app/runners/Wine. Would wine find gecko/mono under /app/runners/Wine/share/wine?
