This is generator work from me & @twuky on raylib 4. It's still missing a bit. I think it still needs work around arrays, and I had to comment out the call to ToMaterial in GetArgFromParam.h to get it to build, but this does do a basic build, so should work to test against new ideas for code-generation (the stuff we have been documenting in docs
