[BUG] - Jira-Replacement in PR-Title doesn't work anymore #47

Hi,

It looks like the DOM query doesn't match anymore (handlePrPage). Therefore no element will be found and the Jira-Replacement doesn't work. Could you please take a look?

I've fixed the issue in 1.2.3 but its still pending in the webstore, so if you're using that version it might take a while to come through. Keeping this open until its online in the store
