Improve end of game statistics #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Often Hotseat
2. Score Often
3. Question Score

What is the expected output? 
kills, deaths, highest damage, average damage, lowest non 0 damage, shoots 
fired, damage/shoots, kill/shoots, stuff like that ;)

What do you see instead?
nothing yet ;)

unC0Rr started working on adding better tracking/reporting to the engine about 
a year ago.
Is an ongoing thing.  If I find the existing issue, I'll dupe this one against 
it.
