After-game screen issues with Climbing Home mission #938

If you play the Climbing Home mission, there are some minor issues with the 
stats screen:

In singleplayer:
* There is no graph displayed at all (this looks like a regression)

In multiplayer:
* The graph caption is wrong because the graph data has been changed 
previously. Now the caption should simply say “Height over time”.

Seen in 0.9.21 and in a beta-ish 0.9.22 version.
