Change default directory for hand-drawn maps #964

I think it would be more handy if there would be a dedicated directory for 
hand-drawn maps and when you click save/load in Hedgewars, it automatically 
points you to said directory.

I suggest this directory be “Data/HandDrawnMaps”.
