Check _qvctemp. prefix is used throughout #21

There are a handful of places where the _qvctemp. prefix has not been applied (eg. Incremental Reloads). It should be added to prevent potential collisions.

I think most of these have been corrected. Closing, open a new issue against a specific routine if exceptions are found
