QVC DBExtract: parameter UpdateFieldType is not actually used anywhere in the code #47

According to the help, one could specify a parameter UpdateFieldType in the table that is read in by DBExtract sub, to override global Qvc.Loader.v.ModField.Type variable.

The table value seems not to be used anywhere in the code though.
