Settings update date format #21

The date at the bottom of the RTM settings doesn't follow the Date Format 
setting.

Let's say the settings are updated on the 5th of January 2011.

If Date Format is European, 5.1.2011 is displayed. 05.01.2011 or 05/01/2011 
would be better.

If Date Format is American, 5/1/2011 is displayed which is wrong.
