Date/Time picker

Using a localised version of Moloko.

Picking a date while creating/editing a task is nice. Once picked, the date 
shown is localised and the task can be saved.

Picking a date and time leads to problems :
+ The time is shown in AM/PM format that is not the most common used time 
format (localisation should fix that).
+ The task can't be saved and a toaster "xyz is not a valid due date" is shown.

To create a task with a due time, I must not use the date picker and type the 
date and time.
