Rat pack code "cleaned up" (a little bit) #17

@RobbingDaHood, if you wan't to, you can now pull my changes from version 0.9.X into your project.

(But you can also just use/look at my fork om https://github.com/nlkolbe/TableSoccerREST if you would rather do that, as the code is still very "hacked")

Please notice, that when running the server, you can now go to http://localhost:5050/index.html and will see a build version of the Angular 2 app (so you can use that to see request etc through Fiddler or similar).

My next task will be to "clean up" the Angular 2 source code, which I will then put on GitHub on my account. But it will probably take a couple of days, before I will get that started.
