[FEATURE] Initiate a trade

Feature: As a user

I want to initiate personnel moves within the squadron

So that I can begin accomplishing/submitted the necessary documents when personnel move.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Change of Supervisor/Rater

• Given I need to change the supervisor of a member

  • And I have permissions to manage the member

• When I click the initiate trade button

  • And select the change of supervisor

• Then I can select from a drop-down the new rater

  • And notify the new supervisor of the change.

Scenario: Change Work Center

• Given I need to move a member from the flight/shop

  • And I have permission to manage the member

• When I click the initiate trade button

  • And select Change Work Center

• Then I can select the work center from the drop-down

  • And the flight leadership will be notified of the change.
