Feature: Accept/Reject Trade As a user

I want to accept/reject an initiated trade

So that I can complete personnel actions and be aware of incoming changes.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Accept/Reject a trade

Given I was notified of a trade request
- And have permissions to accept/reject the request
When click on the incoming trade request
- And select to accept/reject trade
Then the initiator will be notified the trade status
- And generate any required documents for the transfer (if accepted).
