Feature: Interact w/Personnel Cards As a user

I want simple and intuitive personnel cards to store relevant information about a unit member

So that personnel management does not become too overwhelming or complex.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Expand Personnel Cards

Given am on the squadron view
- And I want to enlarge a personnel card
When I click on a personnel card
Then the card should expand and the text should be legible and easy to read.
And I can click off the card to minimize the card.

Scenario: Flipping Cards

Given I am on an enlarged card view
- And want to view additional information about the member
When I click on the flip action button
Then the card will flip over
- And I can click the action button again to return to the front.

Repeat for additional scenarios
