Feature: Search and Filter - Rank and Duty Title As a User

I want to be able to search for personnel by their rank or duty title

So that I can easily narrow down the list of individuals based on specific criteria

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Search and Filter

Given I am on the Squadron View
- And want to search a specific personnel
When I apply a filter for a particular rank or duty title
- And press enter
Then the system should display only the personnel who meet the selected criteria

Scenario: Search and Filter Invalid search

Given I am on the Squadron View
- And want to search a specific personnel
When I apply a filter for a particular rank or role and press enter
- And there are no personnel that matches the filter
Then the system will return prompt an invalid search and filter
