Accuracy is much low of conv_bn_merged model

I downloaded your merged_model(.deployprototxt & .caffemodel) and evaluated VOC2007 test set.

the accuracy of is 0.003.

Did you also check out this results?

You download a wrong link. I guess you download pelenet_inet_acc7243.caffemodel, It is a classification model rather than detection model.
