[x] - Upgrade to Sass instead of stylus
[x] - Upgrade to Pug since Jade is being renamed
[x] - Upgrade Tooling to use gulp-sass, gulp-pug, and gulp-replace possibly for injecting inline styles if jstransformer-scss will not work
