Env probe time interpolation causes rapid lighting changes #939

Since commit ca3f8cd183c70729b28960827d291e8b56ad6272 I have noticed exagerated, rapid changes in lighting of objects (e.g. floors, ceilings, doors, etc). This addition seems to be more of a degradation than an improvement. This is visible when moving throughout maps. I have tried to capture one obvious example in the bottom panels of the doors as seen below
