Bullseye/Sid: If bb-customizations is not installed, generic-board-startup is not enabled #139

I was tempted to open a PR to fix this issue, but I would like to hear first whether or not there's a specific reason for this. Bullseye and Sid are supported elsewhere, but when setting up the system, only Buster and Stretch get the generic-board-startup script enabled if there is no bb-customizations. Is this intentional? If so, what is the reasoning?

Closing as it appears to have been fixed in 043f14de8b9f0d740ba6ea39e0ddf0f1d4ed2ca3.
