Suggestion: add permission to edit tags of other posts #77

When installing the extension on an existing board, it can be tedious to add tags to existing posts - so help from the members could be needed. A forum permission allowing to edit just the tags could be very helpful.

My forum would also like this feature, for the exact same reason.
