1.20.1 Server experiencing duplicate enchantments

Players on my server are complaining of issues with this mod where they receive duplicate enchantments on items. See:

as an example. Multiple users have complained of this occuring, the instance above was when the user performed a level 30 enchantment on the sword. This issue results in the enchantment level of the sword increasing preventing them from using enchantment books on it.

The server is Fabric 1.20.1 running in docker on Ubuntu, modlist:
