Somebody should make a OBC release with feature content for the RAD II test. Lets keep this open as an 'umbrella issue' for planned features

I hit some serious problems when adding the MRAM tests to this repos. (The writing of the SPI DMA is not bug free yet, when all the Chips are used heavily in parallel (Opened #39 for that)

I think (hope this holds true), I have found a workaround for the radtests for now. But no final code yet :-(. Today is my 'Customer day' where I am not available at all for Climb. But I will check in the evening and tomorrow morning how much I can finish to be useful for the planned "Thursday evening" Software release.

MRAM works now. The size of memory area used should be increased but this has to be done carefully to avoid to much parallel usage ....

Ok I will wait for feedback from @absn7 and @kodsurf . Then I will make the release available here (in master branch).
