The ADCS Sub Unit has to be controlled by its hardware interface (not decided yet)!?

Features of this Sub unit are T.B.D.

Some side notes on https://github.com/RobertK66/obc_1769_core/issues/15#issuecomment-1420294177 : If the ADCS includes a GPS then we have to use this as another alternative SYNC Source for our System Time Base ( see https://github.com/RobertK66/obc_1769_core/blob/develop/doc/m03_systime.md )
