PNGs not JPGs #2

It would seem these pictures are PNGs not JPGs

I fixed it in my fork https://github.com/459below/license-plate-dataset

However, somehow it seems to massive to create a PR 🤔 Maybe it's easier to just fix it on this repo itself. 🤷‍♂
