This will be a heavily experimental staging release, and will most likely be reverted. There have been a lot of routing issues on the local site due to the two dev server instances not playing nice together, I want to confirm that the issues that currently exist are not related to this.

Leaving branch alone for now, it will most likely need revisited after the staging deployment finishes. Odds are the staging server bombs out due to missing pre-req's (Postgres and runtimes) so this will require a lot of manual intervention.
