Someone asked for numbers on the notches. This should include a setting for which notches are numbered and whether leading zeroes are shown.

The settings menu works and can set some simple rendering settings, but I haven't implemented any of the settings listed here.

Implemented the second hand visibility setting. Moved the rest of the settings to their own issues.
