TODO: Nonexistent Planets like Vulcan #3

2BE6 ⯦ VULCANUS works as a stand-in for Vulcan.
Other non-existent planets like Theia would need not only a symbol design but also a codepoint. And I don't really want to dip into the PUA, so I think this may be the only one I add to the font.
