Add Pluto's Alternate Symbol ⯓ #4

This PR adds a glyph for Pluto's alternate symbol ⯓ (U+2BD3)

I based the new glyph on the one existing one of Neptune. I didn't do much work to adapt the symbol, nonetheless I release it to the public domain also.

Just like with Uranus, I copied the moon ligatures to also work with the alternate symbol.

Oh, I just realized that Pluto's moons also have alternate symbols: https://suberic.net/~dmm/astro/moons.html#pluto

Edit: I did it! I started with Nix (which looks very similar to Nereid) and went from there. I'm a bit dissatisfied with Kerberos, but I think it's good enough?

Great work!

I think the reason Kerberos looks a bit out of place is that the arms of the K go higher up than the arms of the other symbols in the set. Here I've shrunk the K down a bit, and it seems more in scale with its siblings:
