fixes for drakes and some other units #23

image path fixes
workers use the worker images, which were previously unused for the most part
rewrite to new animation syntax
portraits for the drake magi (-> The Golden Age)
slow sound for 1.12
2 more frame for civilian (-> Elvish Dynasty)
reduced xp by 4 for the drake magi
compressed drake images (-> wesnoth-optipng)

Now I got them all.
